About I.C.E Founder and President of Industrial  Commercial  Electrical Contractors, Inc.,  Guy W. Smith and his management team have approximately three decades of experience in the Industrial /Commercial construction Industry.   Industrial  Commercial Electrical ( I.C.E. ) was originally established in 1995 and has recently relocated our facility to Highway 20 in Decatur, Alabama in order to better serve our clients. I.C.E. is a local industrial/Commercial "Electrical Contractor", insured and licensed by the State of Alabama and reciprocal states.
