I.C.E. Safety Philosophy
At I.C.E.
we strive to conduct all facets of our business in a safe manner for the
protection of our employees, other workmen, the general
public/environment. Our procedures, through our management staff,
provide the necessary leadership for safe and healthful working
conditions for each and every employee.
At
I.C.E.
we accomplished this with:
-
Weekly "toolbox safety meetings" for all active projects
-
Monthly supervisors meetings
-
Safety Training (First Aid, CPR, etc.)
-
Random Job Site Safety Audits
-
Incident Investigations
In today's changing market each individual has to be on the cutting edge
of safety. I.C.E.
requires all employees to be trained by the Tennessee Valley Training
Center (TVTC) regularly.
Site Specific Training is required for each of the plants we currently
are working with and
I.C.E. fully
complies. Any training mandatory for those plants is administered by
www.TVTC.org.
I.C.E.
also performs in-house safety meetings monthly on all aspects of safety
awareness from personal protective equipment to preventing of accidents.
I.C.E. holds job site safety meetings weekly, which are targeted to
reinforce site-specific regulations.
Each employee must meet or exceed our client's safety requirements and
expectations both prior starting work and while conducting work task. We
also retain employees on staff that are trained in first-aid and CPR
procedures.
"SAFETY IS NO
ACCIDENT"... IT'S A WAY TO "
LIVE
"
